Each day is intentionally sequenced — not packed. The pace is unhurried. The space is generous. Everything is held with care.

Friday — Arrive + See Yourself

Theme: Awareness

You arrive, you are welcomed, and you are given something most people haven't had in years — permission to exhale. Friday moves gently from arrival through an opening circle designed to create real safety, into a guided awareness experience where you begin to see yourself clearly — your patterns, what you've been feeling, what you've been avoiding. The evening closes with stillness and quiet reflection. No performance. No pressure. Just you, beginning to come home to yourself.

You leave Friday feeling: "I see myself more clearly."

Saturday — Process + Release

Theme: Emotional Movement

Saturday is the heart of the weekend. This is where the real work happens — not through lectures, but through guided facilitation that helps you move through what you've been carrying. A deep processing experience in the morning. An intimate soul coaching session in the afternoon — witnessed, profound, releasing. A sensory reset lab that uses non-verbal expression to reach what words alone cannot. And a release circle in the evening that many participants describe as the most significant experience of their weekend.

You leave Saturday feeling: "I've actually released something."

Sunday — Align + Move Forward

Theme: Integration

Sunday is about landing the work — clearly, simply, without overwhelm. A realignment session guides you through what you're no longer carrying, what you now see differently, and what changes from this point forward. Personal integration mapping gives you three shifts, three commitments, and one non-negotiable to take home. A closing circle anchors it all. Then lunch, a slow wind-down, and departure — changed.

You leave Sunday feeling: "I feel lighter, clearer, and I know what to do next."

A few things people ask

Do I need any prior experience with this kind of work?

No. You just need to be willing to be honest with yourself. The weekend is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Is this a religious event?

No. SoulWork Praxis is informed by a spiritual framework but The Reclaiming is open to people of all faith backgrounds — and none. The work is human, not doctrinal.

Why only 12 people?

Because real work doesn't happen in a crowd. The intimacy of a small group is what makes depth possible. You will not be anonymous here.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a coaching and formation experience for people who are functioning and ready to go deeper. It is not a clinical service.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes. We can provide a formal invoice for employer-sponsored attendance. Email us to arrange it.

What if I need to cancel?

Full refunds up to 30 days before your retreat date. After that, transfers to another city are available. Reach out and we'll work with you.
