Funmi knows what it is to look successful and feel fragmented. She has personally navigated grief, relational fracture, professional burnout, and the specific exhaustion that comes from performing a version of yourself that isn't fully true.
She didn't study her way into this work. She lived her way into it. After more than 15 years across corporate communications, nonprofit leadership, and coaching — and while pursuing a graduate pathway toward registered psychotherapy — she has built a practice grounded in both lived experience and professional rigour.
She has navigated the terrain her clients bring. That is not incidental. It is the foundation of the work.
